The 3-in-1 Glass Water Pipe Adaptor is a connection adaptor, not a cooling accessory on its own. It allows you to attach your device to larger water bubblers or other accessories, allowing you to customise your setup to your preference.
The "3 in 1" male adaptor is designed to fit standard 10mm, 14mm or 18mm female water pipe.
