The Turkey Tail mushroom an abundant mushroom found predominantly in temperate forests. These Turkey Tail mushrooms are sourced from the Blue Mountains and contain bioactive compounds such as polysaccharopeptide and polysaccharide krestin.
Kakadu plum (terminalia ferdinandiana), a traditional bush food from Australian Aboriginal origins provides a pleasant, gentle flavour to the liquid extract.
